Saturday March 27th will be our Opening/Welcoming Day. Working members old and new should report to the barn promptly at 9:00 a.m.

 

The day will consist of:

Introduction of the board

1)       Meeting with the committee heads

2)       Going off to work and train in your committee

3)       Lunch will be provided around 1:00 p.m.

4)       After lunch membership cards and keys will be given to renewing working members

5)       Each working membership (individual or family) will receive credit for five hours and one work day towards their required seven days of five hours minimum in their assigned committee.

6)       Country Club members can come to the barn between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to pick up their membership cards and key.

7)       If you cannot attend opening day and qualify for your key it will be mailed to you the week of March 29.

 

Weather permitting, the track will be open for riding that afternoon. Please dress for the weather.
